Guidance for managing Covid-19 Transmission within a therapeutic environment is subject to change within the next year. I will do my absolute best to keep my clients, colleagues and myself safe. Here are some things I have put in place to keep risk of Covid-19 transmission as low as possible :

• A Covid-19 Risk Assessment has been carried out.

• Following thorough cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance. 

• Taken all reasonable steps to protect staff and patients.

• Taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the clinic public areas. 

• Done everything practical to manage transmission risk where people cannot be 2m apart.

Some of the changes include: 

1. All the doors on the way to the treatment Room should be open so you don't have to push any doors.

2. The room will be thoroughly cleaned using hospital grade cleaning products and ventilated between each appointment. Please avoid arriving early for your appointment to allow time for this.

3. Alice will wear a face mask that she will dispose of after a few patients depending on the wear and tear.

4. Alice is self-screening for Covid-19 with regular lateral flow tests and daily temperature recording.

5. Accepting Bank Transfer as a method of payment as an alternative to paying with cash.

What I expect from you:

1. I ask that you wait outside or in the car until your appointment time to avoid too much use of the waiting room. By arriving at the time of your appointment ensures I can thoroughly clean, prepare and ventilate the room ready for your treatment and avoids you meeting other people in the building.

2. That you come with the least things possible.

3. That you clean your hands with the hand sanitiser in the waiting room when you enter the building.

4. That you might accept to wear a mask if I suggest a technique that might trigger aerosol particles.

5. That you will contact me to reschedule your booking if you become ill with a fever, cough and/or breathing problems.

6. If you have had your Covid-19 Vaccination within 7 days of your appointment, to contact me to reschedule your appointment.

7. That you answer honestly the Covid-19 Screening Questions emailed to you before your appointment.
